Penerangan CUIndian restaurant catering services involve food catering outside the restaurant usually in the selected venue by the customer. The menu for food catering are usually pre-discussed and selected prior to the function. Indian restaurant catering service provide an option for the customer to select different menus for the occasion

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify venue and space allocation for catering setting activities, identify type of buffet display, menu and setting for catering services, select catering service utensils, equipment and cutleries, prepare Indian food catering logistics, carry out catering services and perform Indian catering venue up keeping in accordance with Indian food catering and organizational SOP requirements.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure Indian food catering service meet the customer’s requirements, specified location and excellent service for guest satisfaction as requested and food served are provided on time and sufficiently in accordance with establishment standard specifications.
