| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Fleet Supervisory Function. He or She shall be able to supervise fleet vehicles and drivers, prepare maintenance scheduling, business planning and budget preparation according to SOP. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to supervise manpower planning, conduct performance appraisal, supervise training coaching and mentoring programme, conduct induction programme and perform regulatory requirements activities and perform accidents investigations. The outcome of this competency is excellent supervisory functions are delivered for operation performance and customer satisfaction guaranteed. |
