He or She shall is responsible in performing thorough accident investigation and recognising important information for reporting process according to SOP. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor emergencies response activities, perform accidents investigations, ensure passenger/goods safety, arrange vehicle repair exercise, prepare accidents investigation preliminary reports and perform corrective actions.
