He or she is the person responsible to monitor and continuously improve the quality of services provided by attraction staff to park visitors. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse visitors service outcomes, establish visitors service quality strategies, manage service quality assurance process and evaluate visitor service quality The outcome of this competency is to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to park visitors at all times in a courteous, efficient, safe, prompt and friendly manner in accordance with Park Procedures. |
