| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the competency in Product Design And Development. The personnel responsible to participate in the new product design and development activities carried out by the company. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to interpret new product requirements and propose new designs for the identified products, identify equipments for the new product development, create and propose overall production workflow system, design and innovate process to develop prototyping and always keep updated on new technology/know how for plastic production. The outcome of this competency is to produce new design, innovate new process, and develop new or improve current products for plastic production industry in accordance with customer and market demands.
