| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Theme Park Attraction Staff Management. He or she is the person responsible to manage theme park attraction operation staff including their recruitment, orientation, job assignments, performance and development. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to support staff recruitment, manage staff performance, support staff development and manage staff administration The outcome of this competency is to create theme park attraction workforce that are informed, motivated, skilful, knowledgeable and friendly to ensure that the operation conducted and service provided are in accordance with Park Policy and Procedures. |
