He or she is the person who will brief and consult potential client on best event planning, programming, theme and concept. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse client’s event requirement, prepare event proposal and perform event client’s consultation. The outcome of this competency is to provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to give feasible event planning, programming, theme, concept and costing in accordance with client brief and requirements. |
