| Penerangan CU | Visual effects budget preparation is a process of preparing an itemized summary of expected income and expenditure of financial plan and all planned expenses over a specified period of time. The preparation could helps to aid the planning for the film / video production. This is important to ensure problems considered before they arise. He or she is responsible to prepare, analyze and evaluate the budget for production whereby it involves overall budget in visual effects. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse budget description, analyse job requisition, analyse visual effects technique, analyse production time frame, evaluate number of manpower requirement, calculate equipment utilization and produce visual effects budget estimation report, The outcome of this competency is to provide estimation of budget for visual effects to ensure accurate cost needed in accordance with job requirement. |
