| Penerangan CU | The basic routing troubleshooting describes the competency required when troubleshooting basic routing He or she is the person to carry out basic routing troubleshooting on site or remote access (operation center) when there is a connectivity and routing issue reported by users The person who is competent in basic routing troubleshooting shall be able to analyse basic routing troubleshooting requirements, prepare basic routing troubleshooting, carry out routing problem troubleshooting, perform router testing and commissioning and report basic routing troubleshooting activities The outcome of this competency is to produce skilled workforce which is able to understand the working structure of a router and troubleshoot it in accordance with troubleshooting activities given, organisational requirements and standard operating procedures |
